15m Heavy Duty Payloads Mobile Telescoping Mast NR-3300-15000-350L

This 15m pneumatic mast is designed for Nigeria customer for mobile telecom trailer tower which called COW (Cells on wheels). This mast default payload is 350kg. 15m extended height with 3.3m retraction height.

The 15m mast come with 7 strong aluminum sections we bellowed specification out diameter * thickness: 160*5mm, 180*5mm, 202*6mm, 227*6mm, 252*6mm, 279*7mm, 316*8mm.
with bellowed inside sections which have 4 protrude guide rail, the mast have a good straightness and anti-rotation when extension. Due to the thickness of the materials, the masts are strong enough for telecom antenna when deployment fully. The mast can bar 120km/h wind speed with 3 layers guying wires under 1.0 square wind load area. (60kmh without guying wires mount).



This 15m pneumatic mast working pressure is set up as 0.2Mpa/29PSI, and working temperature from -25~85 Celsius degrees. Default accessories include 1x top flange, 1x bottom flange, 1x air hose pipe. Mast weight is 345kg approx include. There is one air pressure protection valve in the bottom part to protect from high air pressure. 

Optional accessories include vehicle side mounting bracket, guying wires, electric air compressor, air controller.

The mast is lockable type. Mast extension is automatic and retraction by operation the T lockable mechanics. When mast extension fully, the mast inside sections will be locked firmly, then can stop the air compressor to pump air in. This lockable mast suitable for long time deployment daily, weekly, monthly even yearly. When retract the mast with payloads after long time deployment, please pump air inside to make sure there are enough pressure inside to protect the inner sections from collapse suddenly. 
The mast is easily installation, operating. it is the best idea for mobile telecommunication tower/COW project.
