This is a 4.5m height pneumatic telescopic mast with inside wires for mobile CCTV application.

It is designed for US customer for mobile security solutions. The mast is composed of  4 aluminum sections with inside wires 2 x CAT5E wires for data and 6 wires 1.5mm^2/AWG16 approx. for power. The wires can meet widely application in mobile surveillance projects.

4 sections: 82mm, 98mm, 118mm inside sections, and 140mm base sections

(inside electric wires)
The mast retracted height 1.6m which can be installed easily inside of a vehicle or back/side of a vehicle. And the mast can be lifted by a DC12V or 24V electric air compressor easily. The mast also can be lifted by the vehicle/truck air tank. 

Due to the non-lockable design, the mast can be extended by operating the air controller or electric control box remotely for automatic extension/retraction.

The mast accessories include default accessories 1x top flange for equipment installation, 1x bottom flange for basement mounting, 1x air hose pipe 8mm dia. 200cm in length. The top flange have special design, when equipment was installed, the wires can be hidden into the slot. Bottom flange also add one over pressure protection valves. When the air pressure too large, the over pressure valve will work to release the extra pressure to protect the mast.
Top flange, bottom flange are made from aluminum alloy 6061


Default accessories include side mounting bracket, air compressor, air control manual. Side mounting bracket is optional according to mast deployment. Side mount made from aluminum alloy 6061 materials.
